Wireless, USB or Networked printer configuration only. Keep in mind that hardware does got out and if I'm having issues connecting one way then we may need to settle for the method that works.
Most folks like the wireless method, if that fails, then we try the Ethernet method and last resort will be USB where the printer is directly connected to the or a computer, then can be shared. Although the shared printer scheme is a work around and more of a temporary fix.
First things First, call your ISP and confirm that they have no issues on their end.
Reboot EVERYTHING. And when you turn everything back on start with the Modem and wait for it to finish booting up. Then turn on the router and/or switch. After that restart printers then finally computers. Test to see if issues have gone away.
I am not a security camera installer however I have been hired to work on an existing setup. I usually will configure the cameras to be seen from a phone app and/or from a browser.
There are ports to open on your router firewall for streaming video and to allow a connection via or through the Internet. If your paying for a staic ip address from your ISP then we may need to get additonal information from them.
Ultimately, I can get your cameras back on line via your Modem's Public IP Address.

Ultimately one will be connected to the Modem to provide it with Internet, the other will be in the distance for example a trailer 600 feet away.
The one at the trailer will have its own switch and wireless router connected to it to provide that area with Internet. The two bridge devices only talk to each other creating the bridge.
Eventually we will need to survey your location to strategically place these devices. We want both devices to have a clear line of sight to one another.
